rusty secateurs in hand, our resident pruning pro, Anton Roux, will invite guests to admire the various espaliered fruit trees on display in Babylonstoren’s garden – apples, pears, quinces and nectarines.And then it’s over to you – grab a pair of secateurs and practise the technique on a tree that you can take home with you. Steaming coffee from the Lekker Room is served upon arrival. Lunch at the Spice House is included.
