This hands-on workshop is led by our head gardener, Alex Bosman, who will share all his secrets on how to make several different types of compost through the selection of different types of materials and ingredients. By the end of the day, you’ll better understand the use of compost as a tool to support the fertility of your soil and how carbon is cycled by nature. Steaming coffee from the Lekker Room is served upon arrival. Lunch in the Spice House is included.
