Celebrate life Republique-style every Friday. We will be serving wine, light snacks, espresso martini’s with acoustic live music to enjoy. “Apero,” short for “apéritif,” is a French tradition that involves enjoying a light drink and snacks before dinner. It serves as a time for socialising and unwinding, usually with friends or family. The drinks often include wine, or cocktails, while the snacks can range from simple items like olives and nuts, to more elaborate hors d’oeuvres. The purpose of apero is to stimulate the appetite and create a relaxed atmosphere, setting the tone for the evening meal that follows.
