DESCRIPTION:Join us for a sweet and savoury tart workshop at Soetmelksvlei\, a delightful new excursion by Babylonstoren.Here\, master baker Martjie Malan will guide you to make rough puff pastry as well as a wholegrain galette dough. The rough puff will be used to make sweet fruit tartlets and savoury quiches. The wholegrain dough will be used to create a beautiful roasted vegetable galette. After a hands-on morning in the farm air\, we’ll enjoy a hearty lunch in the Old Stables Restaurant before heading back to Babylonstoren.
