Mushroom lovers and nature enthusiasts will have the opportunity to experience a day dedicated to learning and foraging for wild mushrooms in the forests on the wine estate in Stellenbosch with an expert guide. Delheim’s mountain pine forests are home to over 20 species of wild mushrooms, and on Friday, 3rd, and Saturday, 4th of July, Delheim will be welcoming new and experienced mushroom foragers to get out and collect their mushrooms.
