Spend the day with Babylonstoren’s head gardener, Alex Bosman, to discover more about the functions and uses of fungi in our garden. Alex will also share and demonstrate a few tricks to cultivate beautiful oyster mushrooms and under his guidance, you’ll fill your own logs with shiitake plugs, to grow (and harvest!) at home. Steaming coffee from the Lekker Room is served upon arrival. Lunch at the Spice House is included.
