Take a stroll through the olive orchards with farmer Ian de Villiers who will explain how to grow, maintain and harvest olives. A tasting of this season’s fresh olive oils will follow in the newly renovated Babylonstoren olive tasting room. Finally, Petrus will share his tried-and-tested methods for preserving your own olives. Steaming coffee from the Farm Shop is served upon arrival. Lunch in the Tasting Room is included.
