The class kicks off with meeting the farm’s herd of water buffalo that produce the milk we use to make our traditional-style buffalo mozzarella. The class also includes a cool demonstration by Babylonstoren’s artisanal ice-cream maker, Carla Hills, on how to make your own water buffalo gelato! Steaming coffee from the Lekker Room is served upon arrival. Lunch in the Tasting Room is included.
