DESCRIPTION:It is spring time and the Stellenbosch Full Moon Runs are back and better than ever. We have an exciting line-up of venues and can’t wait to have you back. Come find out more about the series ahead and some great prizes for the series winners. \nThere will be a 5km and 10km route. We will be starting as the sun goes down\, so be sure to bring a light or a headlamp (compulsory)\, as a part of your run will be in the dark. It is also important to bring your own cup or soft flask. #ICarrymyown \nThe Middelvlei Full Moon Run is a great way to spring into action and get back on the trails. Expect some spectacular views over Onder papegaaiberg and the Stellenbosch mountains\, as the moon rises. \nThis is not just a run but a fun evening out\, where you can enjoy live music\, good food and superb wine after the run. Bring your friends along to relax on the lawns and enjoy a braaibroodjie. \nCome race hard to stand a chance to win some fun prizes. \nStarting Times and Entry Fees: \n10km – 19:00 – R185 (R210 for late entries) \n5km – 19:10 – R140 (R160 for late entries) \nRegistration and late entries (if available): \n17: 30 – 18:45 at the venue on the day of the event \nPlease note that our event is almost always sold out prior to the race\, so enter now\, to avoid disappointment. \nGeneral: \n\n   One water point is available on the long course – please carry your own cup or soft flask\n   Headlights or a torch is compulsory.\n   Please SHARE A RIDE with a friend\, to reduce traffic to the venue.\n   Keep an eye on our Facebook page (‘Runventures’) and website for route profiles and updated information.\n\nWe have partnered with www.trailrunsa.co.za as well as Black Diamond South Africa.
