The Routes of Sound’ is an annual, late-winter, weekend-long, bite-sized music event at Spier. Each evening 6 small audiences of 30 people will rotate amongst a series of cosy, atmospheric venues on the farm – the cow shed, the historic manor house, the old wine cellar, for instance – sampling the music of a range of very talented local artists performing unplugged. For lovers of music and lyrics, it should be a treat to snuggle up in front of a hearth with a glass of Spier wine, immersing themselves in different sonic worlds.
