As part of Wine Town Stellenbosch, Weltevreden will host its first chef’s dinner on 31 July 2024. Join us for a five-course dinner prepared by Chef Cornelle Minie. Cornelle, part of the “Onderstok” initiative, inspires us with recipes that form part of her rootstock / “onderstok” identity. Cornelle creates a culinary experience that starts and ends with her South African roots and then travels through some of her favourite international cuisines. About Cornelle: Cornelle is the group chef of the B-Collection and Seascape Collection restaurants.
