The morning kicks off in the garden, our main muse for creativity even in the bare winter. We’ll be using bare willow branches and dormant vine prunings – products typically discarded on the farm after the annual cut-back – and bring them back to life to create our own winter-inspired garden structures. Guests will weave a basket or try their hand at a scarecrow in the vegetable garden. Steaming coffee from the Lekker Room is served upon arrival. Lunch in the Spice House is included.
