The class also includes a cool demonstration by Babylonstoren’s artisanal ice-cream maker\, Carla Hills\, on how to make your own water buffalo gelato! Guests are treated to a lunch of cheese\, meats and preserves – fresh from Babylonstoren’s deli store. Steaming coffee from the Lekker Room is served upon arrival. Lunch in the Tasting Room is included.
