Here\, cheesemaker Alta Eybers will guide you through the art of creating magic with milk. We’ll start with the milking of the cow\, then separating whole milk and using the bounty to create handmade butter\, soft cheese and yoghurt. After a hands-on morning in the farm air\, we’ll enjoy a hearty lunch at the Old Stables Restaurant before heading back to Babylonstoren.
